Tella Lantta

Scientific Communication Manager: she is a registered nurse and has a doctoral degree in Health Sciences. Tella has worked in the academic field since 2012, at the Department of Nursing Science in the University of Turku, Finland. Currently she holds a position of Academy of Finland Postdoctoral Researcher. Her research focuses on mental health care. She is especially interested in implementation science, reducing coercion in care, and violence risk assessment and management. Tella leads projects about violence risk assessment in Finland and is a a co-investigator in international projects in the Europe and Asia.
